來自福鼎的沿海山坡

福鼎地處福建與東海交匯之處,起伏的山丘迎來帶有海水氣息的微風,塑造了當地白茶的特質。福鼎大白品種在此生長已逾百年,因其肥壯芽頭和韌性葉片而備受珍視。

Chen Hui Yi 精選的這款壽眉來自海拔680米的家庭茶園,春季採摘始於三月下旬。有別於只採芽頭的銀針,壽眉包含第三、四片葉 — 因而呈現更為醇厚、果香突出的風味,且陳化表現出色。

製作遵循傳統日光萎凋工藝:將茶葉攤於竹篩上,在露天環境中放置整整兩天,輕輕翻動以確保均勻走水。無需殺青,無需揉捻。關鍵在於耐心 — 讓茶葉緩慢氧化,逐漸發展出優質福鼎白茶標誌性的蜜香。
