福鼎地处福建与东海交汇之处,起伏的山丘迎来带有海水气息的微风,塑造了当地白茶的特质。福鼎大白品种在此生长已逾百年,因其肥壮芽头和韧性叶片而备受珍视。

Chen Hui Yi 精选的这款寿眉来自海拔680米的家庭茶园,春季采摘始于三月下旬。有别于只采芽头的银针,寿眉包含第三、四片叶 — 因而呈现更为醇厚、果香突出的风味,且陈化表现出色。

制作遵循传统日光萎凋工艺:将茶叶摊于竹筛上,在露天环境中放置整整两天,轻轻翻动以确保均匀走水。无需杀青,无需揉捻。关键在于耐心 — 让茶叶缓慢氧化,逐渐发展出优质福鼎白茶标志性的蜜香。
